PAYMENT & PRICE

• All prices quoted are in £ GBP sterling, exclude VAT (sales tax) at the current rate, and postage/shipping and packing charges.
• All trade credit accounts are on a strict 30 days net (from date of invoice) basis.
• We reserve the right to charge daily interest on any overdue accounts at 5% above the base rate of NatWest Bank PLC.
• Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer, or by any of the following credit cards :

	(1% surcharge for using American Express)

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

While we will try our very best to meet delivery dates, we accept no liability for any consequential loss due to causes outside our control.

PROPERTY

All goods remain the property of Pace Products (Anglia) Ltd until paid for in full.

RETURNED GOODS

We cannot accept goods for credit or rectification, unless such return has been authorised by a director or senior manager.

All goods returned for credit must be in original condition (as supplied) and undamaged, and will be subject to a 20% restocking & administration charge.

Credit will only be given on items returned within 30 days or purchase, unless otherwise agreed with ourselves.

LOSS

In the event of goods becoming lost of damaged in transit, we will make every effort to obtain compensation from the carrier, but do not accept any further responsibility.
Insurance can be arranged if required.
