MOTUL TAKES THE TITLE
Tour Britannia welcomes title sponsor

MOTUL, one of the world’s leading oil companies, has agreed a partnership with Tour Britannia, BritainR17;s historic Race Tour which takes place from 3-6 September 2007. The event will now be known as the MOTUL Tour Britannia, with immediate effect.

MOTUL has been involved in motor sport for over 40 years, supporting teams in a wide range of disciplines including Moto GP, Formulas 1, 2 and 3, Le Mans Endurance and the World Rally Championship. The French company has used motor sport as a research tool, as well as a marketing one, to great effect and its products are among the most technically advanced available.

Gareth Burnett, Managing Director of Pace Products, the UK importer of MOTUL Products, commented: “We provide products that cover the entire spectrum of motor sport, including many that are ideally suited to historic vehicles, particularly those used in competition. Tour Britannia is a relatively new event on the UK scene but, like MOTUL, has a rapidly expanding number of fans in this country. We believe that it deserves our support and that our involvement will bring the MOTUL brand to the notice of a wider audience.”
