GB Race Engineering has a number of on-going projects
covering a wide range of motorsport profiles.
Specific projects are as follows:
Roesch Talbots

We are the leading specialists for competition Talbots. Currently we are preparing four Talbot 105 ex- Works Team cars for the 2006 competition season including the Le Mans Classic.

Our experience with Roesch Talbot goes back over three generations of the Burnett family and specifically in the last seven years we have been deeply involved in the development and preparation of the successful competition Talbot 105. Through this victories have been achieved in all the major pre-War sports car races.

Chevrons We currently have three Chevrons undergoing restoration and preparation for the forthcoming season - B26, B8 and B40. These include the famous 1974 Chevron B26 works car affectionately know as "Chocolate Drop".

Following an extensive rebuild in our workshops this will be ready for its first outing in many years at the Le Mans Classic in July, complete with a fresh Hart 420R engine that has been the subject of a rigorous and successful development programme. This should prove to a very competitive and yet original car.
Abarth 2000 Corsa

This extremely pretty and effective 1963 Abarth 2 litre was fully rebuilt during 2005 and made a very successful debut in the Gentleman Drivers 3 Hours Race at Magny Cours in November.

Finishing the 3 hours without a single problem and also proving to be easily the quickest car in the 2 litre class.

This famous car was originally campaigned by Hans Hermann in such illustrious events as the Target Florio.

We have three Porsches (910 / 904 and 911) that are maintained for an American collector who regularly competes in premier European events such as Tour Auto and Le Mans Classic.
Merlyn A 1963 Merlyn Mark4a/6. This car has been successfully campaigned by Gareth over the past three seasons and has proved to be the quickest 1600cc sports prototype having been on pole position at the Spa 6 Hours two years in a row and led the event outright.

The car is fully rebuilt and prepared for its new owner in 2006.
