Pace Products Motorsport Team headed up by Gareth Burnett, has a wealth of competition and motorsport experience spanning over 5 decades with a highly respected reputation and hugely successful record of producing race winning vehicles at all levels of Historic and Modern motorsport. We are involved in a wide spectrum of vehicle types from pre-war sports cars through the ages up to current formula vehicles we can produce whatever support required to provide our customers with the best results.
Roesch Talbots – With a lifetime of experience working with and driving Talbot’s Gareth has built the reputation as the foremost specialist in these iconic sport cars. Pace has restored and prepared all the original Works Talbot 105s, the famous:-

Over the past decade these cars have built an enviable reputation for being the most competitive, reliable and versatile of all the pre-war marques with a string of victories in International Races and Rallies. Major examples being:-
Other Pre-war specialisation includes Alta’s, which we have developed into the most potent of all Pre-war sports cars. With our 1936 2.0 supercharged car proving unbeatable over a 10 year competition history that included 30 Race wins from 34 Starts.
1950s: We have prepared and run a selection of both Sports and Single Seat cars from this era, including Porsche / Coopers / HWM / Alta and Lotus.
Our recent experience with Porsche 356’s has provided further evidence of our competitive nature, having developed a Pre-A model over a couple of seasons to the point where it is the fastest Drum Brake 356 in Europe. Now our Porsche experience is broadening with further components being developed in House e.g. GT Brake Drums
1960s: Experienced with a wide range of vehicles from Abarth Simca 2000, Chevron B8, Elva GT 160, Lotus Elan, Merlyn Mk 6 and Porsche’s both 904 and 910., Pace have again proven their capabilities by restoring / developing and supporting some of these prestigious marques. All have won major events over the past decade including events such as

1970s: Currently we are rebuilding one of the very rare Abarth SE027 Group 6 Sports cars that is fitted with the unique Abarth 2.0l 6 cylinder race engine. This adds to our experience with Chevron’s, having run the famous B26 sports car – “Chocolate Drop” for a number of years which again proved its competitiveness by winning in the Classic Endurance Races.
Also in rebuild is our Chevron B40 F2 car which will be campaigned later this year.
